Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to increase physical fitness, development of movement skills and coordination skills. Eliminating health deficiencies or reducing their negative effects on personality development. To acquire basic psycho-hygienic habits in the field of physical culture. Creating a permanent relationship with physical activities.
Course outline
1. Basic movement habits and skills of the chosen sport 2. Development of general physical performance in the chosen sport. 3. Development of coordination skills, balance, rhythm, kinesthetic-differentiation, orientation in the chosen sport. 4. Development and optimization of movement performance in the chosen sport. 5. Optimizing the functionality of the cardiovascular and respiratory system. 6. Development of endurance skills in the chosen sport. 7. Improving selected habits, movement activities in the selected sport. 8. Application of selected movement structures in selected sport and physical activity. 9. Development of speed skills in the chosen sport. 10. Getting to know and using the psychohygiene of sports in the life of a university student 11. Development of strength skills in the chosen sport. 12. Final verification of general and movement skills and habits in the chosen sport.
Completion conditions
Assessment and completion of the course: Credit test Continuous assessment: Student passes the continuous assessment and receives credits when he or she meets the requirement to obtain at least 1u out of 1u. Credit test Final assessment: Overall assessment: Overall assessment is the sum of the assessments obtained by students in the assessment period. The overall result is determined in accordance with the internal regulations of the Technical University in Košice. (Study Regulations, the internal regulation principles of doctoral studies)
